Our spice blends consist of the finest herbs and spices available and are hand crafted in small quantities to ensure a fresh product. Because we don't grind with industrial size machines, from time to time you may find a peppercorn or two that didn't get completely ground. We think it's a small price to pay for a hand blended product, hope you do too! No additives, preservatives, or MSG is used although some contain sea salt. All the blends are gluten and soy free. The Tahoe Taco, B-B-Q- Kansas and Brisket have a natural anti-caking agent made from rice. Half are salt free, look for the little "snow flakes" ** . All ingredients are listed below.
